Privacy policy — Banneker Ops

Last updated: March 2026

Banneker Partners LLC (“Banneker,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This notice describes how we handle information when you use the Banneker operations portal—including the public site at bannekerops.com and the Banneker operating partner and portfolio workspace application (the “Platform”). It supplements, and should be read together with, our general website privacy policy and terms, which cover Banneker’s broader collection and use practices across bannekerpartners.com and affiliated sites and services.

Privacy Policy & Terms of Use (BannekerPartners.com)

Scope

The Platform is provided to authorized users of Banneker and participating portfolio companies, typically under firm-directed access controls. If you are an investor in a Banneker fund, separate investor privacy notices may also apply to you.

Information we collect through the Platform

Depending on how your organization configures the Platform, we may collect:

  • Account and access data. Name, work email, role, authentication identifiers, and similar profile fields supplied by you or your administrator.
  • Content you or your organization provides. Files, notes, financial or pipeline data, documents, and other materials uploaded or entered for portfolio monitoring and collaboration.
  • Service and security data. Log and diagnostic information, device and browser type, IP address, timestamps, and similar technical data used to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.
  • Optional integrations. If you connect Google, Microsoft, or other sign-in or calendar features, we receive tokens and profile information in line with those providers’ consent screens and your organization’s settings.
  • AI-assisted features. When you use summarization, extraction, or assistant features, relevant portions of your content or queries may be processed by our subprocessors to generate responses, subject to contractual safeguards and your firm’s configuration.

How we use information

We use Platform information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure accounts and the service;
  • Enable collaboration, reporting, and workflows your organization enables;
  • Operate optional AI features you or your administrator turn on;
  • Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect rights and safety;
  • Generate aggregate or de-identified analytics where permitted.

We do not sell your personal information. For additional detail on Banneker’s practices, including lawful bases where applicable, see the corporate policy linked above.

How we may share information

We may disclose Platform information:

  • With service providers and subprocessors that assist in hosting, security, email, analytics, or AI infrastructure, under contracts that limit use;
  • Within your organization and, where applicable, with portfolio company users and administrators you are intentionally collaborating with through the product;
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect Banneker, users, or others;
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Portfolio companies and other third parties you interact with outside the Platform have their own policies; Banneker is not responsible for their independent handling of information.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, session management, security, and (where enabled) preference storage. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling certain cookies may limit sign-in or functionality. For more on cookies in the broader Banneker web context, see the Cookie Policy section of our corporate privacy policy.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. We retain Platform data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, unless a shorter period is agreed with your organization.

International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, consistent with applicable law and our corporate disclosures.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to or port data. California residents should review the CCPA-related disclosures in our corporate policy. EU and UK residents may have GDPR or UK GDPR rights as described there.

For requests regarding information collected through the Platform, contact your firm administrator or email admin@bannekerpartners.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information for marketing.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above; material changes may also be communicated through the application or your organization.
